Max Frisch on marriage…
My first reading of “Stiller” by Max Frisch took place shortly before I finished school. His description of marriage or partnership has in no way lost its actuality today more then 50 years after Frisch published them in 1954.
The text is quoted in German in the next entry. If someone should have an English translation of “Stiller” at home, I would be very grateful to get it in English. In the German paperback edition it is on page 151.
